The premier room I booked at this hotel was a major letdown. It felt dingy and small, with a bathroom that flooded easily and drained slowly. To top it off, the electric shut-off happened without warning by 12 pm the next day, which was quite rude. On the bright side, the service staff were polite and sincere.
